If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
— (2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV)

God has called His church to pray. Bermuda embraces prayer as a vital part of being a 21st century church. Prayer is the DNA of the church. We must be people that pray without ceasing as the Apostle Paul states in 1 Thessalonians; this means as we are going we are praying. The model of prayer we use at Bermuda is Confession/Consecration; responding to our desire for holiness by repenting and asking for a renewed spiritual cleansing. Praise; acknowledging the altogether wonderful character and actions of the Lord in expressive ways. Thanksgiving; communicating our gratitude for the provisions, both spiritual and physical, of the Lord given in the past, present, and future. Request; recognizing God’s ability to provide and asking for our perceived needs, both physical and spiritual. Intercession; coming before the Lord on behalf of others. Our community is committed to praying for you and others.
